For Acanthus Cennet Barut Collection, Barut Hemera, Seven Seas Hotel Blue, Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa and Paloma Oceana, we confirm the guest name in Latin script, room number, arrival date and front desk contact before dispatch. For villas, we ask for a map pin and a landmark near the entrance.

Delivery covers Side Mahallesi, Kumkoy, Sorgun, Evrenseki, Colakli, Titreyengol, Ilica and Manavgat. Inside the resort belt we plan 90 to 150 minutes after assembly; addresses beyond Manavgat are checked for route and timing before payment.

During summer on the Antalya coast, roses travel in a cooled vehicle and firm moisture-resistant wrapping because heat above +34 °C dries petal edges quickly. Payment is available by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, bank transfer or cash to courier in TRY. Before the courier leaves, we send a bouquet photo and check the card text.
