Due to high demand on February 14, and March 7–8 we operate under a special schedule.

How delivery works

• After your order is confirmed (paid), you receive an SMS notification
• From that moment, the order is assembled and preparatory work begins
• By default, we do not call the recipient so as not to spoil ruin the surprise, but if the customer prefers, we will contact the recipient
• At your request, we send you a photo of the completed order
• Once all logistical details are settled, our driver-courier makes the delivery
• If difficulties arise during delivery (for example, the recipient doesn't answer the door), the courier relays the information to a manager, who then contacts the customer
• When handing over the order, the courier politely greets the recipient while keeping the customer's data fully confidential (the customer may identify themselves via a message in the card accompanying the bouquet, or "verbally" through the courier)
