### White bouquets in Dubai: what the colour costs and what it gives back Every mark shows. It holds its shape by candlelight and under a single lamp, and an evening table set with white bouquets still looks arranged at ten at night, while a deep red one in the same room has become a dark patch on the cloth. Nothing else in the range does that. Offices in DIFC and Business Bay order it for the business occasion where a bright colour would read as familiarity. On a reception counter white needs clearance around it, since a bag set down against the wrap leaves a mark that surfaces by the next morning. Homes in Downtown, Marina, JBR and on Palm Jumeirah are the least demanding destination of the three, because the bouquet goes from a cooled vehicle into a cooled room with nothing in between. Two cooled spaces and no warm gap between them is exactly what white needs, and a late slot is the easiest way to arrange it.
