Order before 20:00 city time and it's delivered the same day. Average from order to doorbell is about two hours; at checkout you pick an exact two-hour window, including "as soon as possible".

What does delivery cost? +

Within the city it's free from the mid-tier bouquet up, otherwise a flat local fee shown at checkout. Suburbs and gated communities are priced by district — the exact number appears before you pay, never after.

How does photo approval work? +

When your bouquet is tied, the florist photographs it and sends the photo to you in chat or by link. You approve with one tap or ask for changes — we remake it free before dispatch. No reply within an hour? We send it on time and you keep the photo.

How do I pay from abroad? +

Cards issued anywhere work: Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You pay in the city's currency; your bank converts at its own rate. No account needed to order.

What if the recipient isn't home? +

The courier calls ahead and waits up to 15 minutes. If it doesn't work out, we agree on a new window with the recipient and redeliver the same day where possible — you're kept in the loop in chat.
